Rainy transfers

August transfers were a major undertaking. More than 50 companionships were affected, which means there was lots of traveling all around the mission on a very busy Wednesday. Of course, it rained in most of the areas, most of the day. But missionaries, undaunted, cheerfully made the arrangements necessary to carry out the work.

In one location, the transfer rendezvous  point is an abandoned gas station. We basically took it over for about an hour on this day at two separate times. One, heading west, and then coming back east. It involves a of logistics, but the missionaries take care of all of the details. It’s pretty impressive!
