After several anxious hours and days, the storm hit last night. It passed through Tallahassee while we slept. One stake president called it a “non-event.” There are some limbs down and some power outages, but less rain than expected, and no injuries or harm to person or property among the missionaries.
Most of the mission was not affected at all. Several missionary apartments in the Tallahassee zones (with 70,000 fellow citizens) lost power for a couple days, but the faithful disciples went happily around the neighborhoods, looking for opportunities to serve. We feel very blessed.
